Cook/Chef EFZ

Our client is a regionally rooted health center in Central Switzerland, which convinces with a comprehensive medical care offer and modern infrastructure. To strengthen the committed kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated personality as a cook/chef EFZ (80-100%) immediately or by agreement. • Deployment in all kitchen areas • Production of mise-en-place and preparation of meals • Management of an own post according to the specifications of the supervisor • Procurement and inventory management • Implementation of hygiene and quality standards according to the Food Law • Support in the training of apprentices • Completed training as a chef EFZ / cook EFZ • Professional experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous • Stress tolerance and reliability in everyday work • Excellent manners and service-oriented thinking
