In this key role, you are responsible for the financial management processes of BKW Engineering. You work closely with the CFO, create transparency for informed decisions, and jointly develop management controlling and financial management with your team.

Your area of action

• Direction and development of the central management controlling team
• Coordination of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for BKW Engineering DACH
• Analysis of financial and operational performance as well as formulation of concrete recommendations
• Close collaboration with the CFO on financial and entrepreneurial matters as well as on the development of financial management
• Development of management models, key performance indicators (KPI), management reports, and management controlling processes
• Coordination of the accounting process between operating companies and group functions
• Coordination of IFRS-related matters and support to companies for the uniform application of directives
• Initiation and implementation of digitization and efficiency improvement projects in management controlling
• Development of the internal control system (ICS) and ensuring compliance with relevant compliance requirements
