What you will achieve with us ##

At the center of your job is the uncomplicated support of our clientele in the event of a claim - from the report to the closure - on request also including on-site claim inspections, to help our customers quickly and easily.

You use your attention to detail and service orientation purposefully in supporting the entire claims process for the benefit of our clientele.

With your personal manner, your commitment and your ideas, you contribute to successful teamwork in various subject areas and are in contact with internal and external contact persons, companies and tradespeople. In doing so, you maintain close exchange with your team as well as all parties involved in the claim.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Completed training "Insurance Intermediary VBV" or willingness to complete this
• Professional experience in claims processing Property/Liability is an advantage
• Joy in contacting and supporting our customers in the event of a claim
• Proactive and independent way of working
• Responsible, committed and open personality
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, other languages are a plus
