As part of its development, we are looking for a: Mandate Manager (80 - 100%) Fiduciary Mandate Manager (80 - 100%) # Your role ### As a Mandate Manager, you autonomously manage a portfolio of clients and are their preferred contact for all their fiduciary needs. You operate in a digitalized environment that promotes efficiency, proximity, and quality of advice. Your responsibilities ### • Autonomous management of a portfolio of mandates composed of SMEs and private clients • Keeping and supervising financial and analytical accounting • Preparation of annual closings and financial statements • Preparation and monitoring of tax returns for individuals and legal entities • Regular advice to clients on accounting, tax, and administrative matters • Payroll management from A to Z (payroll, social security statements, employee-related aspects) • Participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes through digital tools • Close collaboration with the partners and the fiduciary team Your profile ### • Training in accounting, finance, or a fiduciary qualification (an asset) • Confirmed experience of at least 7 years in fiduciary services in Switzerland with autonomous management of mandates • Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting • Good mastery of Swiss taxation for individuals and legal entities • Solid skills in payroll management and social insurance • Ease with IT tools and a strong interest in digital solutions • Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of customer service, and ability to work autonomously • Fluent French; English or German is an asset Benefits ### • 5 weeks of vacation + bridge days • A modern, digitalized, and agile working environment • Great autonomy in the management of your mandates • A diversified clientele and varied responsibilities
