Your profile • Hospitality or commercial basic training • A host with passion • Strong organizational skills, independent, customer- and service-oriented, and daily contact with our international guests gives you joy • Empathy and an excellent understanding of diverse cultures • Proficient handling of the MS-Office suite • Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage Your tasks • Responsible for a professional, individualized arrival and departure experience of our guests • Representation of management during the night, ensuring safety and forwarding all information to the day shift • Receipt and checking of all daily closings from the operational departments, as well as ensuring correct posting • Coordination between Belldesk, Concierge and Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction during the stay, including ensuring that all guest inquiries and preferences are recorded in the hotel system and communicated to the responsible departments • Coordination of a solution-oriented and timely feedback management towards all hotel guests.
