Your tasks As team leader / site manager for hazardous substance remediation, you assume responsibility for the professional execution of our hazardous substance remediations. You lead your team on the construction site, ensure strict compliance with all safety instructions and are the interlocutor for works management, project management and clients. You contribute decisively to ensuring our work is carried out safely, with high quality and in accordance with the current requirements of SUVA, EKAS and legal regulations.

Your profile The required professional conditions are a completed EFZ or EBA training, good proficiency in German orally and in writing as well as professional experience in the construction sector. You have already completed EKAS training or are ready to complete it and evolve in this role. You are motivated, committed, reliable and safety-oriented, and you always act responsibly. You know how important it is to be a role model for your team and if, in addition, you are resistant to stress, keep an overview even in hectic situations, are autonomous, communicative and ready to encourage and guide employees - then you are the person we need.
