As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Wealth Planning and Wealth Management Advisor to lead a team of specialists and actively contribute to the development of a high-value-added activity. Your mission: As a team leader and expert, you play a key role in supporting clients and developing the skills of your employees. You intervene on complex wealth issues while contributing to the implementation of the establishment's strategy. Your main responsibilities: - Supervise, support, and develop a team of specialists - Decline strategic guidelines into clear and motivating objectives - Foster engagement, performance, and skills development of employees - Support a clientele of entrepreneurs, managers, and families on complex wealth issues - Advise clients in the areas of provision, retirement, taxation, and wealth transfer - Develop and strengthen relationships with clients through your expertise and network - Collaborate closely with wealth management, private client, and business client teams - Promote a healthy risk culture and comply with regulatory requirements Your profile: - University or higher education in finance, taxation, wealth management, or equivalent education in Switzerland - Confirmed experience in wealth planning, wealth planning, or complex wealth management - Solid experience with entrepreneurs - Successful experience in team management, supervision, or development - Excellent relational skills, ability to convince and federate - Sense of commercial development and taste for networking - Strategic vision, initiative, and results-oriented - Perfect mastery of French and German Start date: - Immediately or by agreement Do you want to put your wealth expertise, leadership, and vision at the service of a demanding clientele?
