As a corporate service unit, AMAG-Immobilien acts as an internal service provider with the goal of maintaining and developing the real estate portfolio. In a friendly team led by Thomas Linder, you will take charge of garages and logistics properties in owned or third-party property, a specialized area of technical operational properties. The portfolio includes 150 sites and 500 lease agreements throughout Switzerland.

What you can accomplish with us ##

• Client representation: As a client representative, you manage new construction and renovation projects from the idea and feasibility study through to the completion of works

• Coordination & quality management: You direct external service providers such as architects, planners, general contractors as well as specialist contractors and always keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
• Process optimization: Thanks to your "Can Do" mentality, you shape the continuous development of process and quality management and advance the object strategy and maintenance projects

What you bring ##

• Education and training: Technical studies (construction) in architecture, civil engineering, or building technology. Additional training or experience in business management and sustainable construction is a great advantage
• Project experience: At least five years of professional experience as a project manager in the planning and realization of commercial buildings, ideally as an internal client representative
• Future-oriented thinking: Your modern mindset is manifested in solid project management as well as in your interest in ESG topics
• Languages: In addition to fluent German, you have good knowledge of French
• Personality: You are an open personality who appreciates direct exchange on an equal footing and likes to take responsibility. Your attitude is confident, combined with a friendly "perseverance"
• Availability for travel: You are ready to travel about two days per week for meetings at our sites across Switzerland
