Accounting and Administrative Assistant 60%-80%

Within the Novotel Genève Centre, the main mission of the position is to assist with the general and administrative accounting of the hotel.

Accounting:

• Control and processing of supplier invoices
• Preparation of payments
• Contract monitoring
• End-of-month provisions
• Daily cash control
• All other accounting tasks entrusted based on the person's motivation

Administration:

• Provide support to the Human Resources department
• Uniform management (distribution, stock monitoring, and renewal)
• Ensure monitoring of personnel administrative files

It is imperative to indicate your motivation criteria and suitability for the position

Knowledge and experience in the hotel industry is a plus

Mastery of IT tools (Excel, accounting software) is indispensable

Versatility, good team spirit, organization, rigor, sense of priorities and autonomy

Mastery of professional French and English
