Your tasks
You create and process offers, orders and invoices
You support our customers by phone and email in German and Austrian German
You coordinate inquiries with sales, purchasing, logistics and customer service
You ensure that customer concerns are handled efficiently and reliably
You support our field service in daily work
You support the supervision and accompaniment of our trainee in everyday work
You maintain customer and article data in our systems
You support the team in daily tasks and contribute to smooth processes
What you bring
Commercial basic training or comparable training
Experience in sales back office of a trading or production company
Enjoyment of customer contact and technical products
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Networked thinking and the ability to keep multiple topics in mind at the same time
Good German and Austrian German language skills in word and writing
Secure handling of common office applications
