FACILITY AGENT #

Primarily reporting to the collège du Bix ##

MAIN MISSION ###

The Facility Agent ensures the smooth running, cleaning, maintenance, and security of the buildings, installations, equipment, and outdoor spaces placed under the responsibility of the AISGE Buildings Service. The position holder monitors their condition, carries out routine interventions, ensures the operational management of equipment, access, stocks, and waste, and intervenes on the different sites according to the needs and priorities of the service.

SEARCHED PROFILE ###

• CFC facility agent or title deemed equivalent in a technical field related to building maintenance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired within a municipality or a public community.
• Autonomy, versatility, practical sense, rigor, ability to organize and prioritize work, solution orientation, and excellent physical condition.
• Team spirit, sense of service, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and availability.
• Good command of French (minimum B2 level).
• Valid category B driver's license required.
• Presentation of recent criminal record extracts and a medical certificate.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS ###

• Contract: Indefinite duration contract (CDI)
• Start date: 1er janvier 2027 or 11 janvier 2027 at the latest.
• Activity rate: 70 %
• Working time: 28 hours per week distributed over 5 days
• Place of work: Buildings and reception structures located in the member municipalities of L-AISGE.
• Remuneration: Determined based on recognized professional experience in a similar function.
