Your challenge

• Compliance with and implementation of the valid occupational safety and health protection concept (AS/GS)
• Independent maintenance of the building/building technology systems
• Responsibility for smooth and timely service delivery by third-party companies
• Ensuring updated operating documentation in the CAFM system as well as timely service delivery according to the order
• Performance of tasks within the framework of the regulations, instructions, and process specifications valid in the company
• Execution or organization of repair and maintenance work on building technology systems and facilities
• Performance of technical control rounds in the assigned objects
• Fault analysis and fault rectification
• Provision of on-call service

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the HLKSE field or as a specialist in facility maintenance
• Further training as a maintenance specialist, technical clerk, or a comparable further training
• Training as a safety officer (advantageous)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
• Proficient German language skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Proficient IT skills
• Knowledge of fire protection is an advantage
• Service-, result-, and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Responsible, reliable, team-oriented, and resilient personality
• High commitment and strong initiative
• Hands-on mentality
• Precise, proactive, independent, and forward-looking way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driver's license category B
