Head of IT & Digital Services

Tasks

• You design, develop, and implement technical solutions in the areas of business applications, CRM, automation, data, and digital platforms.
• You accompany the management in the conception of the AI strategy.
• You take on demanding IT and digitalization projects from requirements analysis through technical implementation to introduction and documentation.
• You further develop existing systems, interfaces, web applications, as well as reporting and data solutions and ensure their reliable operation.
• You analyze complex technical problems, develop practical solutions, and support the team in their implementation.
• You accompany the IT employees as a technical coach, promote knowledge exchange, and support them with technical decisions and challenges.
• You evaluate new technologies and develop standards for architecture, development, quality, and documentation together with the team.
• You take on the personnel and organizational leadership of the IT team and ensure good coordination with the program areas, the management, as well as internal and external partners.

Profile

• University Master's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience in the conception, development, and implementation of demanding IT solutions
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure
• Good programming skills, ideally in JavaScript and at least one other programming language
• Good knowledge in the use of AI as well as the ability to use AI applications specifically to optimize processes
• Experience with CRM and business systems, process automation, system integrations, and interfaces
• Knowledge in web technologies, web applications, as well as in the operation and further development of digital platforms
• Experience with data preparation, reporting, web analytics, and data-based solutions
• Ability to lead technical projects independently and accompany solutions from conception to productive introduction
• Enjoyment in coaching employees technically, passing on knowledge, and developing sustainable technical solutions together
• Cooperative understanding of roles: You provide technical orientation, but at the same time actively participate in projects and technical solutions
• Initial experience in team leadership or the willingness to take on personnel responsibility in addition to the technical role
• Very good German and English skills
