Insurance Consultant (f/m/x), 80-100%, Lugano / hybrid Your mission: Professional and personalized consulting for clients in the field of health insurance Analysis of customer needs and identification of the most suitable insurance solutions, ensuring high-quality service Management and consolidation of relationships with commercial partners, ensuring effective lead management Active collaboration with the team, sharing skills and contributing to the achievement of common goals Constantly expanding your network of contacts through recommendations, networking and building trust relationships with clients and partners Why you are the right person for this job: You have successfully completed commercial training and possess the AFA certificate, and you have experience in insurance consulting, preferably in the health insurance sector You reside in Ticino and have a solid network of contacts in the region, which is an important strength for the development of commercial activity You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals, without sacrificing your operational autonomy, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and a strong customer orientation In addition to being an autonomous, responsible and goal-oriented person, able to organize your work with initiative, you are familiar with digital tools, CRM systems and the main computer applications used in consulting You are distinguished by excellent relational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and a natural predisposition to create and consolidate trust relationships with clients and partners You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is a plus What we offer as an employer: With around 900,000 clients, Sanitas is one of the largest health insurance companies in Switzerland.
