What you can set in motion. • At the head of a team composed of four material managers and one project manager, you strengthen cross-departmental collaboration. • You assume responsibility for strategic materials planning and develop procurement strategies and concepts to guarantee long-term availability. • By optimizing rolling material forecasts, you make future needs transparent. • At the departmental level, you lead development, transformation, and optimization initiatives and drive the continuous improvement of materials management. • By evolving standards, methods, and steering instruments, you represent materials management in strategic bodies. • In close collaboration with specialist areas, projects, and external partners, you promote sustainable material procurement. What you bring. • With proven managerial experience of several years, you possess solid knowledge in materials management, supply chain management, or logistics. • Your strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit distinguish you, and you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. • Accustomed to leading change, transformation, or optimization projects, you move with ease in complex environments. • You master SAP MM, particularly requirements planning and procurement management, and you have knowledge of SAP IBP, ideally in demand and supply planning. • You hold a HES or university higher education degree or an equivalent qualification in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or management engineering. • You possess excellent knowledge of German, and knowledge of other national languages is an asset.
