Polymechanic with leadership responsibility

Activity + Lead, train and support a team of mechanics in daily business + Plan, prioritize and realize production orders on schedule + Manufacture complex components using CNC technology and CAD systems + Ensure maintenance of the machine park and perform service work + Supervise and train apprentices • Requirements + Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ + Experience in leading employees as well as in the training of apprentices + Familiarity with construction machinery environments and precise way of working + Good knowledge of the German language and possession of a category B driver's license + Physical resilience for demanding work tasks • Offer + Diverse and responsible activity with opportunities for design + Modern workshop with extensive machine park + Familiar team and pleasant working atmosphere
