Taking responsibility where quality and logistics meet In this responsible position, you will take responsibility for the GDP-compliant quality assurance of our pharmaceutical logistics. You will ensure that our products are stored, documented, and transported safely, in compliance with the law, and in a traceable manner at all times. As a central interface between logistics, quality assurance, and other internal specialist departments, you will guarantee the highest quality standards and a secure supply of medicinal products. Your area of impact Assuming the function of Technically Qualified Person (FvP) in accordance with the regulatory requirements for our location in Münchenstein Ensuring compliance with GDP requirements as well as the regulatory requirements of Swissmedic Technical release of medicinal products within the framework of applicable regulations Responsibility for the monitoring, further development, and effectiveness of the quality management system in the GDP environment Planning, supporting, and following up on audits and authority inspections, as well as ensuring the implementation of corresponding measures (CAPA) Creation, review, and further development of SOPs as well as other quality-relevant documents Monitoring and further development of quality assurance and risk management processes in the warehouse and transport sectors Training and advising employees on quality- and GDP-relevant topics Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners to ensure compliance Responsibility for regulatory documentation as well as communication and reporting to authorities Your profile Completed studies in pharmacy, natural sciences, or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment Several years of professional experience as a Technically Qualified Person (FvP), deputy FvP, or in the areas of quality assurance, GDP, or pharmaceutical logistics Sound knowledge of GDP guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements of Swissmedic Experience in the establishment and continuous further development of quality and GDP processes Pragmatic, solution-oriented personality with a good sense of priorities and the ability to reconcile regulatory requirements with operational realities Strong communication and convincing personality with the ability to train employees, convey changes understandably, and involve different stakeholders Independent, structured, and responsible way of working as well as enjoyment in actively helping to shape things Very good German skills in speaking and writing; knowledge of English is an advantage PharmaFocus - an attractive employer With us, loyalty and responsibility are lived values, both in the partnership with our pharmacies and in teamwork Short decision-making paths and a culture in which initiative and cooperation are valued A responsible key position with room for design and personal responsibility Long-term perspective in a growing company Ready to take responsibility for quality and safety?
