Supply Planner (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for efficient customer order processing. Through the creation of production plans that ensure even workload of the working systems and continuous optimization of inventory levels, you ensure that the right goods are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right place to meet customer demand as desired.

Main tasks

• Execution of net requirements planning based on sales and budget planning
• Coordination of requirements planning with purchasing, production, and logistics
• Monitoring, analysis, and continuous optimization of inventory levels across all inventory stages
• Planning and management of finished goods, assemblies, and components
• Creation and continuous adjustment of gross and fine production planning
• Release of purchase suggestions for components and merchandise
• Ensuring material availability as well as active tracking of missing materials
• Order tracking and deadline monitoring of customer orders
• Close cooperation with sales, production, and purchasing regarding delivery dates, priorities, and service levels
• Control of product launches and product phase-outs within the framework of change management
• Participation in inventories as well as execution and posting of the annual physical inventory
• Participation in the continuous improvement of planning and logistics processes

Your profile

• Basic technical training with further training in the field of logistics, supply chain management, or production planning
• Further training at HF, FH level or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in production planning, material requirements planning, or supply chain management, preferably in an industrial production environment
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems and planning tools
• Very good analytical skills as well as a strong understanding of processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
