Specialist / Specialist Business Compliance Office (a) Scope of work 80-100% Place of work Bern-Liebefeld How you will succeed You will be responsible for the primary risk analysis and evaluation of complex business relationships and suspicious transactions With your expertise in the areas of money laundering, tax domicile and regulation, you are the perfect contact person for our customer advisors You enjoy direct customer contact, clarify open points independently and efficiently, and ensure that all necessary documents are available and recorded in the system You communicate regulatory requirements clearly and understandably to the front units and act as an advisory partner You drive the continuous expansion of tasks and processes and bring dynamics to this varied field of activity What you bring You have a commercial degree (EFZ) or a higher economic education, ideally with a focus on banking You are very familiar with the compliance environment, have already gained solid experience with GmeR and TmeR, and are eager to bring your expertise to the next level with us You convince with your stylistically confident communication in German - ideally supplemented by knowledge of Austrian German - and advise your partners competently on technical questions You have the ability to prioritize tasks clearly and convince with perfectly organized pending management You are responsible, work structured, think interdisciplinary, and understand change as a real opportunity We engage with you!
