In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Division which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a versatile Complex Case Specialist, in charge of the autonomous and proactive management of files in the processing of complex claims in the field of accident insurance (LAA). The various missions that await you: • Completely manage the files of the assigned portfolio • Settlement and control of invoices, drafting of decisions, monitoring of annuities • Collaborate with the different teams of the division in order to efficiently process German-speaking and French-speaking files What makes you unique: • Federal insurance diploma or a title deemed equivalent • Several years of practical experience in benefits management in life insurance with good technical knowledge • Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) • Perfect mastery of German and French, both spoken and written If you are also able to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork, are resistant to stress and comfortable in contacts, then you are the person we need!
