Lead and manage -- as Head of Office of the Betreibungsamt Bern-Mittelland, you will assume overall responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the office. You will ensure the efficient flow of procedures and accompany the further development of the office.

Your tasks

• Lead the Bern-Mittelland office with 80 employees organizationally, personally and technically and represent it towards the public and partners
• Conduct internal controlling and report to the head of office
• Active participation in the further development of the office and the employees
• Process complex procedures and legal inquiries
• Plan, lead and coordinate meetings and projects

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in debt collection with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in the debt collection system and leadership experience
• Resilient, assertive and capable of networked thinking
• Confident in style in spoken and written communication with debtors, creditors, lawyers and authorities
• Very good German skills (C2), French business fluent (at least B1)
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
