Your tasks You lead the Olvido therapy ward together with the therapeutic management in dual leadership and bear the personnel, professional, and organizational responsibility for the ward Together, you ensure high-quality, needs-based, and effective treatment and care for the adolescents You lead your interprofessional team with appreciation, promote the professional and personal development of your employees, and strengthen open, trusting cooperation You plan and control the use of personnel and operational resources and ensure smooth and economical ward operations You continuously develop treatment and work processes and advocate for high quality standards as well as modern, recovery-oriented care You work closely with internal and external specialists as well as relatives and contribute to networked, holistic treatment You actively help shape cross-departmental projects and development processes and contribute your ideas and experiences to the further development of the ward as well as child and adolescent psychiatry Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland You bring sound professional experience in psychiatry – ideally in child and adolescent psychiatry – and are familiar with the requirements of an inpatient treatment setting You bring leadership experience or have already taken on leadership responsibility in a deputy or team leader function and want to further develop your leadership skills You lead with appreciation, communicate clearly, and know how to promote and motivate employees to achieve goals together You act in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner and provide your team with orientation and security even in challenging situations You convince with your communicative strength, your high social competence, and your joy in actively helping to shape changes and developments The UPZ The Universitäres Psychiatrisches Zentrum Bern (UPZ) is, as a university clinic, the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
