Head of Tool Manufacturing (m/w/d)

Your tasks: Technical and personnel management as well as further development of employees in tool manufacturing - Instructing, accompanying and controlling work processes and production processes - Ensuring timely provision and delivery of tools - Ensuring maintenance, care and repair of punching tools - Interface function and close cooperation with adjacent departments - Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental regulations - Planning and coordination of personnel deployment as well as ensuring adequate deputy arrangements - Ongoing analysis, preparation and reporting of departmental key figures as well as implementation of optimization measures towards the management. Your experience: Completed technical basic training, supplemented by a business management further education - Several years of practical experience in an industrial production plant - Proven management experience as well as pronounced social competence and joy in employee development - Practice-oriented and solution-oriented way of working with in-depth knowledge of technical and organizational processes - High affinity for digital technologies, IT applications and process optimizations - Pronounced sense of responsibility, organizational talent and assertiveness Self-dependent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
