In this position, you will be part of the dynamic and growing technical team in 2-3 shift operations (variable early, late, and night shifts) and ensure the smooth operation of the production machines.

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on the entire fleet of machines
• Conversion and setup work on our packaging machines
• Monitoring the systems for their GMP-compliant operation
• Carrying out optimization work and test runs on packaging machines
• Creating and checking the setup protocols for machines and maintaining the logbooks
• Training of operating personnel
• GMP-compliant documentation
• Collaboration on projects and machine qualifications

Qualifications

• Technical basic training (mechanic / maintenance specialist, automation technician, or electrician)
• Good knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge in the GMP environment, preferably in packaging
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of working independently in the flexible and dynamic shift operation
• Flexible and proactive personality
• Readiness for shift work
