For the newly created role, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement, employment degree 80% - 100%. Your tasks include * You develop IT and process solutions with our diverse circles of the central organization and within the association, which pave the way for sustainable digitalization * You transform needs from the operational non-profit environment into concrete IT requirements (user or tech stories), create feasibility studies, and define application scenarios together with the teams * Business value and impact are not foreign terms to you and you can transfer these into a heterogeneous non-profit environment * You critically question existing processes, recognize optimization potential, and actively help shape the digitalization of our processes * Requirement documentation as well as the functional support of tests are also part of your area of responsibility * In workshops, rollouts, and functional questions, you are an important interface between our stakeholders and IT * Requirements engineering, business analysis, or the structured recording and documentation of requirements are familiar to you from practice - tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro are not foreign to you Your profile * A higher education in business informatics, business administration, or an equivalent education with an affinity for business analysis or corresponding professional experience * Sound experience in business analysis or in requirements engineering * Experience with projects in the non-profit sector and association structures is an advantage * Enjoyment of methodical work, analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as dealing with people * A service-oriented, communicative, independent, and proactive personality who enjoys working at the interface between business and IT * Proven know-how in translating functional requirements into IT requirements * Proficient German in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills.
