In order to strengthen our team in Saint-Prex (VD), we are looking for our future: Infrastructure Expert & Deputy Teamleader Your responsibilities Technical support to IT & Cloud teams Technical follow-up of clients Reactivity special project & client Technology watch Support to the Referent IT Manager Participation in the support referent rotation Design and installation of IT fleets 10 - 500 users Management of level 2-3 incidents Management and administration of MDM & RMM systems Deployment of Cloud environments Configuration and management of Firewalls Implementation of infrastructure projects under Apple, Microsoft, VMware technology, Configuration and management of backup systems Configuration and management of switch & router Configuration and management of NAS and SAN Storage (iSCSI, FC) Participation in the on-call rotation Audit and documentation of IT fleets Profile You hold at least an IT technician ES diploma or equivalent Ability to manage an IT project from its takeover until its delivery Stress resistant, you know how to manage priorities and you are flexible Customer service and speed of execution are your strengths thanks to your rigor, your organization, your proactivity and your excellent communication skills You appreciate teamwork, you have a natural leadership French native language, English is an asset Natural curiosity in technological evolution Driving license indispensable Experience 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position Mastery of VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, Exchange Solid knowledge: switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), SAN Storage (iSCSI, FC) Additional assets Experience in Cloud deployments, Office 365, … Skills in HA, security, scripting, monitoring, ...
