For the leadership of our Operational Procurement team, we are looking for a committed personality who, together with their team, ensures a reliable material supply, develops supplier relationships further and continuously optimizes our procurement processes.

Your tasks ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of the Operational Procurement team
• Ensuring a timely and efficient material supply for production and spare parts business
• Leadership, coaching and further development of employees as well as promotion of a performance-oriented team culture
• Responsibility for operational procurement, delivery date monitoring and escalation management in case of delivery deviations
• Maintenance and further development of supplier relationships as well as responsibility for selected strategic suppliers
• Analysis and optimization of procurement, logistics and inventory processes
• Monitoring of relevant key figures such as delivery performance (OTIF), inventory levels, inventory turnover and inventory values
• Responsibility for forecast, material and obsolescence management (OSMI)
• Ensuring efficient change management in close cooperation with R&D and suppliers
• Continuous further development and standardization of processes, systems and master data in the procurement environment

Your profile ##

• Technical basic training with further training in the areas of management, leadership or a technical degree
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the operational purchasing of an industrial environment
• Sound knowledge in the areas of procurement, supply chain management and supplier management
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as analytical and solution-oriented approach
• High level of initiative, independence and sense of responsibility
• Hands-on mentality combined with strong team orientation
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages an advantage
• Very good SAP and MS-Office skills
