Apply Initial Situation ### For our client, a company active in the field of energy and building technology in Basel, we are looking for an experienced personality as General Project Manager Energy Systems / Team Leader Energy (m/f/d). In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for demanding energy projects and combine technical project management with leadership, customer care, and strategic development. You accompany projects from the initial study through planning and realization to commissioning and optimization, and together with interdisciplinary teams, you develop sustainable solutions for buildings, industry, and municipalities. Vacancy No. 6663 ## Tasks ### • Overall management of demanding energy projects from the study to commissioning and optimization • Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, for example within the framework of general planner mandates • Planning and realization of energy systems for heat, cold, steam, electricity, storage, and CHP • Development of sustainable energy and supply solutions for buildings, industry, and municipalities • Integration of regenerative energy sources such as biomass, geothermal energy, waste heat, groundwater, lake and river water, as well as solar energy • Responsibility towards customers for quality, costs, deadlines, and project success • Leadership, support, and further development of directly subordinate employees • Coordination of resources and interdisciplinary project teams • Support with budgeting, financial planning, and strategic topics • Further development of the department and optimization of internal workflows • Maintenance of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new projects • Preparation of offers as well as processing of tenders and competitions • Support in recruitment, knowledge exchange, and professional further development Requirements ### • Completed studies FH/ETH/TU or comparable training in building technology, energy technology, supply technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field • At least five years of professional experience as a project manager in the field of energy systems, energy/building technology, or technical infrastructure • Experience in the overall project management of complex projects is an advantage • Leadership experience or clear motivation to assume leadership responsibility in the future • Knowledge of the civil engineering/structural engineering industry and in the field of MSRE technology is an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer care and acquisition • Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working IT ### MS Office: good Project management software: an advantage CAD/BIM: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good English m+s: an advantage Other languages: an advantage Start Date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work Location ### Allschwil Special ### This position offers you the opportunity to take on responsibility far beyond classic project management.
