The Bierhalle Wolf at Limmatquai belongs to Zürich as much as Oktoberfest belongs to München. We offer our guests Oktoberfest feelings, hearty delicacies, live music, and legendary atmosphere all year round. As part of the renowned Holenstein Gastro AG, we are a fixed size in the Zürich gastro scene.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a new, motivated team member who wants to go full throttle in Lederhosen or Dirndl!

Your tasks with us:

• Host/Hostess out of passion: Independent management of your own service station including cash collection.
• All-round service: Warm reception, competent advice, and care of our national and international guests.
• Bar craft: Professional preparation and pouring of beer, cocktails, and drinks.
• Behind the scenes: Carrying out mise-en-place as well as tidying and cleaning work.
• Securing quality: Consistent compliance with our hygiene and quality standards.

What you bring with you:

• Experience: You have already worked in the service and/or bar area.
• Personality: You are attentive, communicative, resilient, and an absolute team player.
• Mindset: Service-oriented thinking, reliability, and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you.
• Language skills: You speak very good German; any further foreign language is a big plus.
