As Head of Physiotherapy at Medbase, you are at the head of a specialist department that forms the foundation of our company. With your commitment and your eye for quality, you shape the further development of the physiotherapeutic offerings and lead a team of dedicated physiotherapists. Your work not only shapes everyday life but also drives the interdisciplinary cooperation that characterizes Medbase.

• Independent treatment and care of patients from musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Guidance of patients in rehabilitation and prevention
• Active exchange with other specialist departments in the interdisciplinary team
• Independent documentation and service recording
• Professional and personnel management of the physiotherapy team and complementary medicine (20-40%)
• Support in quality development and compliance with standards

What you bring ##

• ## Completed training as a physiotherapist HF/FH with SRK recognition ##
• Structured and independent way of working
• Experience or interest in a leadership function
• Commitment to quality development and team development
• Leadership skills and teamwork ability
• Good German skills (at least B2 level)
