Do you want to be a part of Chinderhuis Obwalden?  Main tasks of the group leader: Taking over group responsibility Leading a team of approx. 5 people Collaboration with the other groups and the management/daycare center management Care and support of the children according to the pedagogical concept of Chinderhuis Obwalden, which is based on the following pedagogical principles: Orientation framework for early childhood education, care and upbringing  Educational and learning stories Educational areas according to the Berlin education program Taking over daily responsibility active co-creation in everyday life Taking over parental work Taking over key children responsible for attractively designed premises responsible for hygiene and cleanliness Instruction of trainees We expect: Leadership experience is an advantage Joy in working with children reliable and responsible way of working open and constructive communication Joy in teamwork professional way of working differentiated observation and reflection skills within the team as well as when working with children Empathy and resilience even in hectic situations Open to change and development We offer: Introduction at the MMI to working with «educational and learning stories» Introduction to the educational areas according to the Berlin education program Constant group constellation with full-day care varied activity independent work and design opportunities collegial teamwork - mutual support manageable group size (12 places) Time for administrative tasks and preparation Attractive premises with a beautiful garden Attractive working conditions 5 weeks vacation / no company holidays 14 paid public holidays 13th month salary Participation in catering costs 1% additional savings contribution to the pension fund by the employer individual further training and development opportunities Eliane Aebi is happy to provide information.
