In order to complete our team, we are looking for a Group & Seminar Reservations Assistant at 100%, who will work in close collaboration with the Group and Events Manager. Your profile * Training in hospitality, tourism or an equivalent field * Initial experience in hotel reservations is an asset * Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills * Good command of IT tools, notably Word, Excel and Outlook * Good command of French and English; German is an asset * Sense of customer service, rigor, attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs * Team spirit, reactivity and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Your tasks * Process group and seminar reservation requests as well as their administrative follow-up * Record, confirm and manage reservations in the hotel system * Prepare personalized offers under the supervision of the Group & Events Manager * Ensure the administrative follow-up of files until invoicing * Prepare and transmit service orders to the different services of the hotel complex * Provide administrative and operational support to the Group & Events Manager in the daily activities of the department We offer you: * Stable and varied employment * The advantages of a large company Start date: immediately or by arrangement Are you interested?
