Your tasks ? Professional and personnel management of our outdoor group ? Loving and individual accompaniment of the children in everyday life ? Planning and designing varied nature experiences, forest days and outdoor activities ? Promoting child development through playful discovery, research and movement in nature ? Appreciative cooperation with parents and the team - Ensuring a well-organized group structure as well as a safe and varied outdoor everyday life ? Your profile -- Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (specialization in childcare) or equivalent recognized training ? You love being outdoors - and in all kinds of weather! Rain puddles, mud, sunshine and snow are simply part of it for you. ? You are nature-loving, enjoy movement and inspire children with your joy for nature. -- You already have leadership experience or are motivated to take the next step in your professional development. ? You have a big heart for children and accompany them lovingly, patiently and at eye level. ? You are a team player, communicative, creative and like to contribute your own ideas. -- You work independently, responsibly and maintain an overview even in a lively everyday life. ?
