You roll up your sleeves where it counts - and from the very beginning:

• You independently handle the administration of our internal training offerings: from announcing the courses in the YES Learning tool to processing registrations and sending invitations, up to reports
• You are the reliable contact point for internal stakeholders from German- and French-speaking Switzerland and ensure smooth communication
• You contribute your ideas when it comes to making processes even more efficient through digital and innovative solutions

What you bring with you

This is what you bring and what we appreciate about you:

• You are currently studying, whether Bachelor or Master, at a university or university of applied sciences
• You are tech-savvy, enjoy trying out new tools, and have initial experience with GitHub, Git, Visual Studio Code or AI applications? That excites us!
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner even when several tasks are waiting for you at the same time
• You communicate openly and friendly and convince through your service-oriented, professional manner when dealing with various contact persons
• Sense of responsibility, discretion, and careful handling of confidential information are a matter of course for you
• You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 and are ready to learn new things every day
