YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for the implementation of the agreed processes and procedures
• Enforcement of specifications from quality management and prescribed inspections
• Monitor continuous production by means of intermediate controls
• Responsible for efficient, process-, quality-, and deadline-compliant processing of production orders
• Plan and determine weekly working hours / gang model
• Resource, shift, holiday, and deputy planning
• Train and further develop employees
• Conduct employee appraisals, set goals and review them
• Cross-team collaboration / support with upstream and downstream cost centers
• Perform maintenance of tools / fixtures
• Ensure maintenance / repair of machines and systems
• Personnel and technical leadership of team members

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical vocational qualification
• Several years of experience in the production area
• Good IT / ERP knowledge
• German language skills
• Resilient personality with assertiveness and a high awareness of quality
• Able to communicate with others, professionally confident, honest and reliable
• Loyal towards the company and management
• Openness towards new things
• Willingness to provide above-average commitment
