This is what you can move. • You prepare passenger trains for their journey and move them within the station and its surroundings (up to max. 40 km/h) to the correct starting point. • In doing so, you assemble trains, decouple individual wagons and ensure that everything is in the right place. • You make the train ready for departure, check the most important functions and carry out brake tests. • During your work, you maintain an overview and ensure that all processes function safely and smoothly. • You resolve minor malfunctions independently or report them to the responsible department. This is what you bring with you. • You are attentive, concentrated and physically resilient in order to successfully manage this demanding work in 24-hour shift operation. Furthermore, you enjoy working outside in all weather. • Since all instructions and documentations are electronic, you will quickly find your way around with digital tools. • You have a completed basic education (at least EBA) and already bring practical experience - ideally from a manual or logistical environment. • You have very good knowledge (level B2) in German, both spoken and written. • You have perfect color vision (no red/green deficiency).
