For our client, we are looking for the following personality:

Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d) | 80–100 %

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Independent management, organization, and coordination of demanding building construction projects from work preparation to successful completion.
• Overall responsibility for the economic, timely, and quality-compliant execution of construction projects.
• Management and deployment planning of construction site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and other project participants.
• Responsibility for work preparation (AVOR), resource planning, material procurement, and construction site logistics.
• Creation and monitoring of construction programs, measurements, settlements, and post-calculations.
• Ensuring occupational safety, quality standards, and compliance with applicable construction regulations.
• Competent cooperation with clients, construction management, planners, and authorities.

Your profile and your qualifications:

• Completed training as a Construction Manager HF, certified Master Builder, Civil Engineer, or a comparable construction technology qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in independent construction management in building construction.
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss construction industry, construction processes, SIA norms, and calculation principles.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as high awareness of costs, quality, and responsibility.
• Leadership competence, organizational skill, assertiveness, and convincing communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with strong social competence.
