To strengthen our production team in Däniken SO, we are looking for a reliable, careful, and quality-conscious personality as a Production Employee Assembly & Quality Control. In this role, you will process and inspect various plastic components and ensure that our products are delivered to our customers in flawless quality. Your tasks • Assembly and assembly of plastic parts and sub-assemblies • Disassembly of components and fixtures • Cleaning and careful preparation of plastic parts • Visual quality control of the coated and processed components • Identifying and sorting out defective parts • Inspection for surface defects, damage, and contamination • Working according to specified quality and testing criteria • Packaging of the inspected finished parts • Preparation of the products for further processing or shipment • Clean and careful working with sensitive surfaces • Compliance with our quality, safety, and cleanliness specifications • General collaboration and support within production Your profile • Experience in production, assembly, or quality control is an advantage • Experience in handling plastic parts or sensitive components is an advantage • Manual dexterity • Good fine motor skills and an eye for detail • Very careful and precise way of working • High quality awareness • Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working • Ability to work in a team and flexibility • Good German language skills A specific vocational training is not mandatory.
