, who has experience in building up structures and teams. We are seeking a personality with drive, experience, and foresight, who will lead and strategically/operatively develop the maintenance and special cleaning division.

Crucial is your ability to actively help shape the growth of a modern service company and to build strong teams operating throughout Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Management and expansion of the maintenance and special cleaning business unit.
• Independent preparation of offers, calculation, and presentation to customers
• Acquisition and maintenance of customer relationships in different industries
• Recruitment, leadership, and further development of regional deployment teams
• Development of new services and continuous process optimization
• Ensuring service quality, profitability, and compliance with legal requirements

Your Profile

• Completed training as Specialist in Cleaning Technology EFZ
• Training as a contact person for occupational safety and health protection (KOPAS ASGS)
• Aerial work platform training
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Several years of sound experience as Head of Maintenance and Special Cleaning
• Proven experience in the buildup and leadership of operational teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Experience in offer preparation and customer support at eye level
• Very good German skills, other national languages, and especially good English skills are an advantage
• Digital competencies / IT affinity
• Driving license Cat. B is mandatory
