Your tasks

• Preparation and cooking of Vietnamese dishes
• General preparation work (Mise en Place)
• Support of the kitchen team in daily operations
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Cleaning and tidying up in the kitchen
• Careful handling of food

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy or kitchen is an advantage
• Motivation and joy in cooking
• Clean, reliable and independent working method
• Teamwork and stress tolerance
• Good German language skills are an advantage
• Interest in Vietnamese cuisine
