Tasks

• Attentive care and competent advice for guests in the restaurant and at the bar
• Carrying out beverage and food service
• Preparation of various cocktails, spirits, and classic bar drinks
• Active sales including upselling and recommendation of current specials
• Information about the offer as well as advice on allergens
• Independent management of a station including payment collection
• Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in service or in gastronomy
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
• Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
• Resilience and calmness even with a large number of guests
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
