Brand Ambassador - Premium Spirits (m,f,d) You are the face of our premium spirits portfolio – you bring our brands to life, build strong relationships, and create unforgettable experiences in the market. In close cooperation with sales and marketing teams, you network with bartenders, retailers, and opinion leaders to build brand awareness, create enthusiasm, and drive our commercial success. If you speak the language of the bar scene, are well-organized, and love premium spirits – then this is your stage. YOUR NEW TASKS: • You represent our premium spirits portfolio at events, trade fairs, tastings, and activations • You conduct trainings, workshops, and masterclasses for bartenders, distributors, and retail partners • You are an expert in brand stories, production, and tasting profiles • You build and maintain a strong network with bartenders, HoReCa customers, retailers, and influencers • You work closely with sales and distribution teams (e.g., during customer visits, training, and account support) • You identify opportunities to increase visibility, distribution, and menu placements • You plan and organize events and brand activations for consumers • You create high-quality brand experiences that promote awareness, trial, and loyalty • You analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior and share your insights • You support social media and create content from events and activations • You support internal engagement initiatives, training, and company events • You accompany product launches and promotional campaigns • You track your activities, measure the impact, and derive growth opportunities • You support the achievement of sales and distribution targets in your area • You represent the brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? • You bring 4–5 years of experience in the fields of beverage, hospitality, sales, or brand marketing • You have sound knowledge of premium spirits, mixology, and cocktail culture • Ideally, you have bartender experience and an existing network in the scene • You have experience with training, presentations, or public speaking • You have participated in bartender competitions (an advantage) • Additional qualifications (e.g., WSET) are a plus • You are passionate about bartending, storytelling, and the spirits world • You are strong at networking and building relationships • You communicate convincingly and feel comfortable on stage • You can inspire and influence different target groups • You work proactively, hands-on, and result-oriented • You are well-organized and strong in negotiation and planning • You are flexible and enjoy working in the evenings, on weekends, and at events • You are willing to travel within your area • You speak fluent German and English; [missing word/ö] is a plus Please apply online and submit your complete application documents including cover letter and references in a single PDF.
