In this role, you act as an active business partner, support managers and teams through changes and lead and accompany projects for transformation and organizational development. You also have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law • Communication and language skills: You communicate clearly, empathetically and convincingly - both in French and German, verbally and in writing • Organizational skills: You coordinate several topics and processes in parallel, set priorities sensibly and ensure a smooth process. You actively support and accompany managers in challenging situations, address critical topics in a target-group-specific manner and have the courage to constructively challenge existing ways of thinking and procedures • Consulting and IT skills: You advise managers professionally and at eye level and use digital tools sovereignly. You have very good user knowledge of common office programs and good knowledge of SAP-HR; Rexx is an advantage. New technologies inspire you and you quickly acquire them. You also use AI-based applications and tools in a targeted manner to optimize HR processes, support decisions with data and increase efficiency in everyday work.
