For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Production Expert in Small Volumes Packaging (m/f/d)
Background:
The production site in Kaiseraugst is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of sterile medicinal products and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical medicinal products. As a Production Expert (m/f/d) in the area of packaging operations, you will supervise the complex systems entrusted to you in all technical and operational matters. In your role, you will work closely with the producing units in the value stream and the local interfaces. A willingness to work across departments is a matter of course. As a team player, you are open to new things, bring an agile and creative mindset, work in a solution-oriented manner, have an "open mindset" and have the "end to end" thought.

The perfect candidate:

• Possesses completed technical training and more than 3 years of professional experience in production in a pharmaceutical regulated environment.
• Furthermore, the person brings secure application of standard PC programs and fluent German skills in speaking and writing.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Professional operation of the systems in the area of responsibility
• Supporting the professional rectification of malfunctions on highly automated systems
• Recognizing, analyzing and evaluating system malfunctions
• Ensuring and optimizing system availability
• Working according to regulatory requirements
• Secure working in the GMP environment
• GMP-compliant documentation
• Training employees in the handling of the systems
• Participation in continuous process and system optimization
• Planning, monitoring, processing and coordinating the necessary measures to maintain the
• system condition while complying with "Change Management"
• Independent performance of changeover work (format changes)
• Willingness for 3-shift operation
• Self-organized working and living the LEAN thought

Must Haves:

• Completed technical training
• 1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment (food industry)
• Secure application of standard PC programs (MS-Office and Google)
• German fluent in speaking and writing
• Technical understanding as well as an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
• Proactive thinking and acting as well as strong skills in the conceptual area
• Exact and reliable way of working even under time pressure and independent way of working
• Flexibility
• Physical resilience

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in SAP
• LPS (Lean Production System) knowledge
• Handling of key figures e.g. OEE
