Position Summary: The position of Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for the operational processing of financial accounting as well as proper bookkeeping within the Pacojet Group. Additionally, the function includes the technical and personnel leadership of one employee and reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including consolidation of the group Responsible for general ledger and fixed asset accounting Responsibility for cash management and the timely processing of accounts payable payments Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the finance team Responsibility for accounting processes and systems as well as for the interfaces to other specialist departments Review and approval of VAT returns as well as other statutory reports Preparation and processing of financial reports and analyses for the CFO Participation in the management team as well as in the executive management Sparring partner to the CFO on strategic and operational issues Your Profile: Several years of professional experience in the finance sector and closing experience Further training in the field of finance and accounting or business administration with a focus on finance Strong leadership and communication skills Independent, resilient, conscientious, reliable, entrepreneurial thinker IT affinity, in particular very good understanding of ERP processes and strong in Excel Strong communication skills in German and English What we offer you: We offer you a responsible and varied activity in a dynamic environment.
