Concierge of buildings at 50%

For our partner, a company active in real estate management and having an internal concierge service, we are looking for a Concierge of buildings at 50% (M/F) Your role: As a concierge of buildings, you are the guarantor of the proper functioning and maintenance of two rental buildings with approximately 80 apartments. You ensure the coordination of technical interventions and ensure a pleasant and secure living environment for tenants.
