As part of the development of our general and total contracting activities, we are looking for the competence and know-how of a Construction Economist You will be responsible for preparing and calculating general contracting offers for construction projects of housing, offices, or functional structures. In this capacity, your main missions will be: Assist in coordination meetings with project managers Consult subcontractors and agents Perform measurements for files and calls for tenders Prepare and analyze tenders and descriptions Perform feasibility studies, propose variants Estimate the costs of the different CFC and perform comparisons Feed and maintain price databases and article libraries Participate with the management in negotiation meetings with clients Your profile: You have an engineering degree or a bachelor's degree in construction economics Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years as a construction economist in Switzerland Knowledge of SIA standards and standard market prices You are versatile and proactive You know how to manage priorities With good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and support internal and external partners You are precise and rigorous in your work You have excellent knowledge of Office and Attic software, and have already worked with Autocad software We offer you: Good working conditions in a family environment Integration into a young and dynamic team in which you can pass on your experience Attractive remuneration linked to your skills and experience A position of responsibility with autonomy Beautiful projects to realize in the future jpidbb1e4f5jm jpit0730jm jpiy26jm
