Your tasks

• Independently analyze and process technical customer inquiries, such as offers
• Competently and solution-orientedly advise customers, if necessary also directly on-site at the customer's premises.
• Select and dimension suitable pumps, components and systems
• Ensure administrative maintenance of sales data in the CRM and ERP system
• Create and maintain sales documents and technical documentation
• Support the field service as well as the management with technical and commercial

questions

• Recognize deviations and risks at an early stage and report them to the COO MIT

Your profile

• Basic technical training in the field of mechanical engineering or plant and apparatus construction

(Further training as a mechanical engineering technician HF or Technical Merchant is an advantage)

• Sound knowledge of pump and conveying technology is an advantage
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as technical questions
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
