A true partner to the teams, you will contribute to modernizing practices, strengthening the efficiency of the service, and supporting the digital transformation of human resources in direct connection with the head of service. You will be primarily responsible for: • Steering the improvement, mapping, and optimization of HR processes in order to guarantee their efficiency, quality, and coherence; • Developing and supporting the digitalization of HR practices and promoting a continuous improvement approach; • Ensuring the functional management of the SIRH, monitoring the implementation of new modules, and supporting users in their use; • Planning and conducting cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with the head of service, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and objectives; • Ensuring the monitoring and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the internal control system; • Supervising the key indicators of the HR service in order to support management and decision-making. YOU OFFER • The federal diploma in human resources and training in project management or a degree deemed equivalent; • Confirmed experience in steering projects, HR process improvement, and the implementation of innovative tools; • Excellent mastery of HR software and a marked interest in the digitalization of processes; • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills as well as a results-oriented vision; • Excellent interpersonal skills allowing for the unification of stakeholders and supporting teams through change; • A spirit of initiative, rigor, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
