The Swiss Federation of the Blind and Partially Sighted sbv is the largest national mutual aid organization for blind and visually impaired people. We help the people concerned to lead an independent life. This goal is achieved by the sbv through awareness raising and advocacy of their interests to the public, through counseling and awareness raising, as well as through the promotion of innovative technologies. We are looking for, starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement, a/an Work Facilitator for our day structure offering at BBZ Zurich 60 % (m/f/d) The BBZ site is located in Dietikon. With your creative manual skill, you support the participants in their possibilities and actively contribute to the promotion of personal initiative. Regular hours, no evening or weekend service. Your tasks • You work directly with the participants in the form of creative manual activities, conversations, and animations • You take charge of specific areas with the aim of promoting the autonomous action of our blind and visually impaired users • You perform administrative tasks independently • You actively commit as a team to the continuous development of the establishment • Organization of events / market Your profile • Your training as a work facilitator or social worker is supplemented by basic manual training and a pleasure in cooking • You like to take on responsibilities, are capable of working in a team, and are solution-oriented • You bring creative versatility, stress resistance, and good IT knowledge • Additionally, you bring joy and humor - we are convinced that this is a good basis for fulfilling work. • You possess a category B driver's license and ideally a personal car What we offer • Good support during the introduction to your tasks • A position with leeway, varied tasks, and space for autonomous work at many interfaces • A collegial team spirit • Proactive support for continuing education as well as regular team supervisions • Lived leadership principles, for example trust and recognition • Half-fare subscription • Modern employment conditions • Openness to diversity and our willingness to remove barriers Do you have any questions?
